Announcing the State Fact Book prototype!  The State Fact Book is the next step toward answering questions I am asking myself on this blog post.  The best way to figure out when to use XML, XBRL, RDF, HTML, XHTML, iXBRL, RDFa, or other such formats is to use each and compare them.  So, that is what I will do.
