Updated Commentary Linkbase for US GAAP XBRL Taxonomy

I have updated the commentary linkbase(s) that I have been experimenting with for the US GAAP XBRL Taxonomy.  Here are three versions for the 2013,  more for 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 US GAAP XBRL Taxonomy.

Here is a prototype references linkbase for 2013.

I will explain this more later.
